  • Custom neon signs may require additional production time depending on complexity. We’ll notify you if there’s any delay.

2. Shipping Time

• • For deliveries within Pakistan, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

3. Shipping Partners

• • We work with trusted courier services across Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

• • Free shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000.

  • For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies.

5. Order Tracking

• • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

6. Delivery Issues

• • If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us at support@neoniify.com within 48 hours of expected delivery.

  • We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. International Shipping
