By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Neoniify is a Pakistani custom neon brand creating personalised LED neon signs for individuals, businesses, events, rooms, weddings, cafes, restaurants and other spaces.
Most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer and are manufactured after an order is confirmed.

Because your neon sign is made specifically for you, it cannot normally be resold to another customer.
For this reason, custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started , except where there is a genuine issue covered under our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Customers are responsible for checking all information before approving or confirming an order.
This includes:
spelling, names, wording, size, color, logo, design, delivery address and contact number.
If you approve a design containing incorrect information that you provided, Neoniify will not be responsible for that mistake.
Please check everything carefully before giving final approval.
For custom orders, we may share a design, mockup or other confirmation before production.
Once you approve the design, we will manufacture the sign based on that approved version.
Small differences between a digital mockup and the final physical neon sign may occur because the final product is manufactured by hand.
These small differences are normal and are not automatically considered defects.
Neon colors may appear slightly different in real life compared with what you see on a phone, computer screen, photograph or video.

We always aim to create the selected neon color as accurately as reasonably possible.
Quality is an important part of Neoniify.
Our team takes care of the neon lighting, wiring, connections, structure, finishing and overall appearance of each custom sign.
Before dispatch, we also test the sign to make sure it is working properly.
Because every sign is custom-made, small handmade variations may occur, but they do not necessarily mean the product is defective.
Making a good custom neon sign takes time.
We normally spend approximately 5 days producing, finishing and testing your sign before it is dispatched.
We prefer taking the proper time to make and test the product instead of rushing production and compromising on quality.
Complex, large or highly customised orders may occasionally require additional production time.
Our normal estimated total delivery time is up to 10 days from order confirmation.
This includes approximately:

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Neoniify cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned because the customer provided incorrect information or repeatedly failed to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply before we resend it.
Where Cash on Delivery is available, Neoniify may contact you through phone, WhatsApp or another provided contact method to confirm your order before beginning production.
Because custom products require materials, production time and labour, we reserve the right to request advance payment or partial advance payment for certain custom, large, expensive or business orders .
An order may not enter production until any required confirmation or advance payment has been received.
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order.
However, once we have started designing, cutting, producing or manufacturing your custom sign, cancellation or refund may no longer be possible because the product is being made specifically for you.
Please request any changes before approving your order.
Once production has started, changes to the:
design, text, size, color, layout or other specifications may not be possible.
If a change is technically possible after production has started, additional charges may apply depending on the work and materials required.
We carefully test and pack products before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Neoniify within 24 hours of receiving it.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel.
This helps us determine whether damage occurred during transportation.
Once the issue has been verified, our team will provide an appropriate solution according to our Refund & Replacement Policy.
If your neon sign develops a technical problem, please contact Neoniify.
Send us a clear video showing the issue so our team can understand what is happening and guide you properly.
Please do not cut, open, rewire, repair or modify electrical components yourself unless instructed by someone properly qualified.
Unauthorised modification or physical damage caused after delivery may affect our ability to provide replacement or technical support.
Customers are responsible for using and installing the product correctly.

If professional electrical or structural installation is required, customers should use an appropriately qualified person.
If you ask us to create a neon sign using a logo, trademark, artwork, image, phrase or design supplied by you, you are responsible for making sure you have permission to use that material.
By submitting such content to Neoniify for manufacturing, you confirm that you have the necessary right or permission to use it.
Neoniify is not responsible for intellectual-property disputes caused by material supplied by a customer without permission.
Photos shown on our website, advertisements and social media may include previous custom orders and are provided as examples of our work.
Your final product will be made according to your own approved specifications and may not be identical to another customer's sign.
Product prices may depend on factors such as:
Neoniify may update website prices or quotations from time to time.
Once a custom order and its price have been confirmed, we will follow the agreed order details unless both sides agree to a change.
Discounts, promotional offers and coupon codes may have specific conditions.

However, occasional errors may happen.
If we discover a major pricing, product or information error affecting an order, we may contact the customer before proceeding so the issue can be corrected.

Neoniify will make reasonable efforts to produce, test, package and deliver your order correctly.
However, we cannot be responsible for problems caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, incorrect customer information, misuse of a product, unauthorised modifications or improper installation.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Neoniify may update these Terms of Service when our website, products, policies or business practices change.
The latest version published on our website will apply to new orders placed after the updated Terms become effective.
These Terms of Service and purchases made through Neoniify are subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan.
