1. Eligibility for Returns

    • We accept returns for non-customized products within 7 days of delivery.

    • Customized neon signs (made to order) are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Return Conditions

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

    • Return requests must be submitted via email to support@neoniify.com within the return window.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

    • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.

    • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Refund Process

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    • We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
